–Neil Pasricha, New York Times Bestselling Author of the “Book of Awesome”
When you bring Drew to the stage, he engages your audience in powerful stories, insights and perspectives that people understand and define which values mean the most to them and how that impacts better leadership activity, decisions and behaviour to create more moments of powerful, everyday leadership.
Drew provides your audience with the tools to address and solve the challenges they face at work everyday, more effectively and consistently.
Delivering the Powerful Message of Values
A value is a decision-making principle: an articulation of what you want your decisions to accomplish. If one were to choose “perseverance” as a personal value, for example, then that individual may be more likely choose to overcome difficult obstacles and endure discomfort.
When you identify your core values and take the time to define them, you are identifying the clear set of criteria you will use for decision making. Without a clearly defined set of core values, decision making will occur in two steps:
1. Identify the criteria you’re going to use to evaluate your options.
2. Assess each option using that criteria.
Once you’ve established your values, however, this becomes a one-step process of simply asking yourself, “which of these options best lives up to my core values?”.

Who is Drew?
Millions of people have been moved by Drew Dudley’s attempt to change that narrow definition of leadership. Dew’s TED Talk “Everyday Leadership (The Lollipop Moment)” became one of the 15 most inspirational TED Talks of all time because of its simple message: “You should recognize and celebrate YOUR leadership…and live it every day.”
For over 15 years, Drew Dudley has been teaching individuals and organizations on how to recognize leadership through mesmerizing presentations that share his practical and accessible Day One Leadership Approach.
Take Leadership to Another Level
What sets the Day One process apart is its practicality and accessibility: Drew provides leadership tools that connect with many people who have never considered themselves leaders: introverts, front-line staff, volunteers and employees with little seniority. His approach is rooted in behavioral psychology and provides a step-by-step plan that can be implemented immediately by anyone in the organization, and the behaviors he helps create are directly linked to employee engagement, productivity, and happiness.
Most of the leadership in your organization is passing by unrecognized, uncelebrated and ineffectively developed. Set up a no-commitment consultation call to learn how we can help you change that.
